This charming and bright 1-bedroom apartment is located in the city centre of Barcelona, near La Rambla and La Boqueria market.

With its lovely design this is the perfect base for exploring Barcelona. With room for four it is suitable for families or small groups of friends. The typical loft is situated in a beautiful 18th century building. You may use the elevator to get to your apartment without the trouble of carrying your heavy bags up the stairs. When you open your apartment’s front door you will find that there is a charming place hidden behind it. The design is simple but elegant with white walls accented with wooden modern pieces of furniture. The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax while reading your travel guide or watching TV. Have a seat at the dining table for four and enjoy a meal together. The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides all you need to prepare a homemade meal. With so many local food markets around for sure you can impress your friends or relatives with something special.

The bedroom is decorated in the same style as the rest of the residence, simple, elegant and bright. There is a comfortable double bed and enough space to store your clothing. The bathroom is modern by design and has a shower and toilet. All towels and bed linen are provided by us.

Technically you are in the district of Cuitat Vela, the old town, which was once the area where fishermen lived. Just around your corner you will enter the Las Ramblas promenade. This 1.2 kilometer long walkway is filled with shops, stalls, restaurants and bars. Thousands of people walk up and down this promenade to buy things, eat or simply look at one of the many street performers. Also nearby the apartment is La Boqueria, the biggest market of Barcelona. Every day, more than 200 traders roll up their blinds, ready to offer you local and international gastronomic products. Beside the market stalls, you will also find tapas bars.

Across Las Ramblas you will enter the Bari Gotic area. This area is characterized by its many narrow and gobbled streets. Around the year 1900 this area was the living and working place of the then young Pablo Picasso. When you want to see this world famous painters work we suggest you keep on walking to enter the Borne area where you can find the Picasso Museum. There is truly a lot to do in Barcelona and this residence puts you in the middle of it. Whether it is cultural or nightlife, history or relaxing at the beach, this location has got it all.
