The living room, which is furnished with a comfy sofa bed and a flatscreen television, features exposed brick walls and traditional Catalan vault ceilings. Beautiful, rich wooden floors lead you through to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that you will need to prepare a home cooked meal. An attractive dining table is also at your disposal, creating the model setting for an evening meal. 

The two bedrooms, which each contain two inviting single beds with bedside tables, emit a tranquil and calming ambiance, one in which you can rest and enjoy a good night’s sleep. Completing this contemporary abode is the apartment’s refreshing bathroom, which is fitted with a toilet, sink and shower enclosure.

The neighbourhood was originally created to accommodate the ever increasing population of the city centre and was designed by the architect Ildefons Cerda in the late 19th century. This immense basilica was designed by the well-known, local architect Antoni Gaudi and showcases much of his unique style and flair. Work on La Sagrada Familia began back in 1882 and is surprisingly still continuing to this day. Once completed, it will boast a collection of eighteen huge towers, each one dedicated to separate religious icons including the Apostles and the Virgin Mary. Within La Sagrada Familia you will find an educational museum, which not only exhibits the basilica’s history but provides a view of how the completed place of worship will look once finished.
