Unique 4-bedroom accommodation situated in the city centre of Barcelona in an unbeatable location, right in the Plaza Catalunya, just a few meters from the famous Paseo de Gracia and Las Ramblas.

The apartment has four double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a dining room. The spacious living room features beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings and large windows that allow in plenty of natural light and has access to a nice balcony facing the tranquil inner patio.

On the upper lever, you will find the the second full bathroom, the third double bedroom with an open plan styled, meaning you have to pass through this bedroom to reach the fourth guest bedroom (please, note that this area has low ceilings).
